I make these crackers from Simply Heavenly about once a year or so. And, today, I realize why I don't make them more often:
1. I spent two hours rolling dough through my pasta machine and cutting the crackers and baking them.
2. I then ate a whole bunch of them.
The seasoning is Frank's Red Hot and it's like buffalo wing powder. It's great on popcorn, too, but after trying the hot and spicy Cheez Its cracker chips, I had to try it out on these crackers. I swapped it out for the Chili powder and salt and then sprinkled more on the baked crackers.
